But all masks should be cleaned periodically and stored correctly. As far as the light weight claim, nothing weighs underwater and I think that is somewhat of a silly marketing ploy. However, one thing is important - never buy a mask without trying it on first. It is the most important piece of SCUBA gear you will own. It should fit perfectly on your face and hang there with you simply sucking in your breath.
